- Swallow the recommended dose of pancreatin capsules at intervals during each meal.

Formulation:
Capsules (protease 600 units, lipase 10 000 units, amylase 8000 units) (Creon® 10 000) (s)
Dosage:
Initially 1 to 2 capsule(s) with meals either taken whole or contents mixed with fluid or soft food (then swallowed whole immediately without chewing).

Capsules (protease 1000 units, lipase 25 000 units, amylase 18 000 units) (Creon® 25 000) (s)
Dosage:
Initially 1 capsule with meals either taken whole or contents mixed with fluid or soft food (then swallowed whole immediately without chewing).

Formulation:
Gastro-resistant granules (pork) (protease 200 units, lipase 5000 units, amylase 3600 units) (Creon® micro) (s)
Dosage:
Initially 100mg (5000 lipase units) of gastro-resistant granules (one measure) with each feed or meal or immediately after.

Capsules (protease 430 units, lipase 8000 units, amylase 9000 units) (Pancrex V®) (s)
Dosage:
For use in patients with partial or total gastrectomy, 2 to 6 capsules swallowed at intervals during meals, swallowed whole or sprinkled on food.
