Inverclyde Centre for Independent Living provides a number of services that are designed to help you to remain as independent as possible. The service will support you to build your daily living skills and confidence. This can be because you have had a period of illness, an accident or you have a disability. If you require support at home you will be referred to the service for a period of assessment.  Check this  

The Service aims to work with you to identify key tasks that are important to you and agree timescales in which to relearn the skills required for you to complete these tasks on your own. The service aims to enable people to live full lives within their home and wider community. 

Inverclyde Centre for Independent Living provides a number of services that will help people live safely and independently at home. This includes  

  • Rehabilitation services for patients who are unable to attend out-patient services. These patients can be at home or in a care home. 

  • Community Occupational Therapy that will provide support in the areas of housing, adaptations, and equipment that will promote independence. 
     
  • Diabetes Service 

  • Visual and hearing  from the Sensory Impairment Team
