Stage two: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

This will be run as an eight week course and offered to staff who have completed the 4 week Mindfulness Habits programme.

The course will be led by experienced mindfulness facilitators, who are also NHS GG&C staff. 

This will be run in two cohorts commencing in 2022

These will be offered online using the Teams programme with a possibility of a face to face cohort if restrictions allow

There will be a maximum of 20 participants in total/per cohort.
