Practice

Mindfulness

Continue to practice mindfulness at least 3 times a week. 

The guided practices are available on the Glasgow PMP practices page.

 

Stretches

There are some stretches you can try at home in your own time: stretches manual external link icon

· Only move as far as is comfortable

· Start small and build up gradually

· Try the stretches in both sitting and lying- sometimes one position is more comfortable than another

· If you cannot get on and off the floor they can be performed on your sofa or bed
