Preparation for session 10
This content is designed for the participants of the GGC Pain Management Programme.
Before your group session next week, please find below a list of activities we would like you to do.
Please refer to your workbook for the following worksheet:
- Staying on track
Mindfulness
Continue to practice mindfulness at least 3 times a week – using Glasgow PMP practices page or your own preferred guided mindfulness tracks.
Stretches
There are some stretches you can try at home in your own time: stretches manual
· Only move as far as is comfortable
· Start small and build up gradually
· Try the stretches in both sitting and lying- sometimes one position is more comfortable than another
· If you cannot get on and off the floor they can be performed on your sofa or bed
