Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis

In adult patients with allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, a four-month trial of itraconazole should be considered.

Beta blockers

Beta blockers, including eye drops, are contraindicated in patients with asthma. Current guidance can be found in the British National Formulary.4
