This Age Scotland webpage has information on how to stay hydrated, why it is important and the main signs of dehydration. There is a guide, produced in partnership with Scottish Water, that can be viewed online or downloaded.

Healthy living information guide

This Age UK online guide provides information on how to eat and drink healthily, get active, and look after your mental health. It also lists other organisations that provide specialised help and support if you need it.

Cooking recipes

This Age UK webpage has some delicious and healthy recipes. There are meal ideas and three sweet treats.
