Anogenital warts (Formulary)
Refer to product literature for specific indications and dosing information. Liquid nitrogen therapy should also be considered if available.
Avoid podophyllotoxin, podophyllum and imiquimod in pregnancy and breast-feeding. Imiquimod should be reserved for the treatment of resistant warts.
Patients with anogenital warts should normally be treated in collaboration with practitioners offering Sexual Health Services.
