In anticipatory nausea and vomiting, lorazepam (Hypnotics and anxiolytics) can be useful.

Tablets 500 micrograms, 2mg, 4mg

Dosage:

For chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting, by mouth, 8 to 16mg in the morning, or in 2 divided doses before 2pm to reduce sleep disturbance. 

Notes:

Most patients can either take the tablets as they are or dispersed in a little water prior to use off-label.
