Purpose

This guideline has been developed by clinical staff working within the South East Trauma Network.   It aims to provide up-to-date guidance on appropriate management of a wide-range of major trauma injuries, and collate relevant South East Trauma Network guidance including protocols on inter-hospital transfers, Scottish Trauma Audit Group (STAG) and patient repatriations.

Audience

Medical, nursing and AHP/Therapy staff working within the South East Trauma Network.
