Requesting a new Right Decisions toolkit
This standard operating procedure sets out requirements defined by the national Right Decision Service in order to accept requests for creation of new web and mobile toolkits. Organisations may define additional internal processes at local level.
On acceptance of the Part 1 form, the RDS team will set up a new toolkit and authorise relevant editors to access it. The RDS team will also check in with the key contact near the predicted go-live date in order to confirm progress and to confirm that parts 2 and 3 of the form are completed.
The forms for parts 2 and 3 of this process MUST be completed and submitted to the Right Decision Service team before a new toolkit goes live. You should complete the "About this toolkit" section of your toolkit before submitting part 3 of this process. As outlined in the Standard Operating Procedure for "About this toolkit", this section contains detail to supplement the confirmation of compliance provided in the part 3 form.
The Right Decision Service team will review your responses to parts 2 and 3 and your "About this toolkit" section before authorising publication of your toolkit.
