The Governance Support Team will contact the appropriate member of staff responsible for review of a guideline or pathway 3 months prior to the review date.

The following pathway should be followed by Governance Support for review of any guideline/pathway during a planned review timescale:

Where the review of clinical guidance requires major change to that guidance, the guideline/pathway must be submitted to the appropriate approval groups(s)

  • Minor change: e.g a change to contact details, department name, formatting, hyperlinks.
  • Major change: Any change to clinical guideline/pathway.

Please direct any requests for a change to a guideline, pathway or other content on Right Decisions to aa.RightDecisions@aapct.scot.nhs.uk or telephone the Governance Support Team.
