These practices were developed for participants on the Glasgow PMP (Pain Management Programme). The PMP teaches strategies for managing persistent pain, and reducing the impact it has on people's lives. More information about this approach can be found on the NHS GGC pain service website.

Participants on the programme are introduced to awareness practices as part of the course. We recorded these practices for participants to try at home, between group sessions. We also recorded a few small talks about different aspects of mindful practice, including informal practice, guided inquiry, and tips for beginners.
