Mental health
- The Mental Health Foundation is a UK charity that provides information, carries out research, campaigns and works to improve services for anyone affected by mental health issues, whatever their age and wherever they live.
- MIND provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. It campaigns to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
Perinatal Mental Health Network
- Perinatal Mental Health Network Scotland (PMHN Scotland) is a national managed clinical network. It aims to help develop and improve access to high-quality care for women and birthing parents, their infants and families, who have mental ill health in pregnancy or during the first postnatal year.
SAMH (Scottish Association for Mental Health)
- SAMH provides mental health social care support, addiction and employment services, among others.
- It runs national programmes such as See Me, respectme, suicide prevention, and physical activity and sport.
Pregnancy and parenthood

- Tommy’s is a charity organisation committed to saving babies’ lives. They offer support to families through every part of the pregnancy and parenting journey.
