What is Gliclazide? (Bilxona, Diamicron, Laaglyda, Nazdol, Zicron)

In diabetes, your body does not make enough insulin to meet its needs, or else does not use the insulin it makes effectively.

Gliclazide works by increasing the amount of insulin that your pancreas produces.

Gliclazide is one of a family of medicines called sulfonylureas.
