- Willingness to be pro-active in their treatment recovery and to use a computer programme

4-6 modules. No reviews available. Users work through at own pace. No follow ups. Quite text based.
Daylight – anxiety management

Users sign up and complete opening questionnaire to determine anxiety type before working through programme at own pace. No follow ups. Access to moderated forums.
Sleepio – sleep issues

Users sign up and complete opening questionnaire to tailor programme to user. Six 20 minute weekly sessions. Access to moderated forums.
