Evidence base

The toolkit’s purpose is to manage project processes rather than providing clinical information. Sources are primarily from the local intranet and existing governance systems.

Content management and governance

The Theatres & Anaesthesia Clinical Governance Group provided formal approval for the toolkit and will oversee its ongoing governance and development.

Content review

All content will be reviewed by the local SEQUOIA group. Initial internal review will be conducted at 3 months and review with RDS at 6 months.

Ongoing development

Review of functionality and any new feature requests will be manged with the RDS team at 6 months after publication.

Risk assessment

The toolkit has been risk assessed, and mitigations put in place where required.

Monitoring and acting on feedback and complaints

A user satisfaction survey will be distributed 5 months post-launch to gather feedback on the toolkit. Any feedback will be reviewed during the 6-month review, with adjustments made to address any issues identified.

Any feedback or complaints submitted via the RDS feedback form will be forwarded to the SEQUOIA team.
