Dosage:

As per SMC 1106/15: the treatment of opioid-induced constipation in adult patients who have had an inadequate response to laxative(s).

Dosage:

As per SMC2242: For the treatment of opioid induced constipation (OIC) in adult patients who have previously been treated with a laxative.

Place in therapy:

To be considered if naloxegol is not available.
