All attendees who have completed all 5 days of this course can download a certificate of attendance here*. Add your name and date and save a copy for your own records.
If you didn't attend all 5 days please email the team at PalliativeCare@ggc.scot.nhs.uk and they will send you certificate for the days that you did attend.
