As stated at the webinar on 29th April 2025, Practices should be able to access the Albasoft EScro Tool to identify their potentially eligible population and report on achievement. Practices need to get the Escro - Submission Verification Tool V4.

2 Data Entry Templates for EMIS PCS and Vision 3

An EMIS PCS Template and a Vision Guideline have been developed to facilitate correct recording of the items of the CVD DES, practices can download these using the links below, and if they have problems should contact their local GMS Facilitator team; please note the release dates below for the templates to be sure you have downloaded most up to date version. The mnemonic for importing the Vision guideline is "PPC CVD DE".

3 Coding Guide for practices

A coding guide for practices has been produced and is available on the Right Decision Service.

4 ASSIGN v1.5 for practices without an embedded version

Pending the release of coding for ASSIGN v2.0 into GPIT systems later this year practices will need to use v1.5 of the calculator.

GP Practices who do not have access an embedded version in either Vision+ or Bluebay CT will need to have access to the offline version of the ASSIGN v1.5 calculator. If your practice is in this situation, please liaise with your local GMS Facilitator team around getting access to this. The offline version is a series of files that run in a web browser.

5 ASSIGN v2.0

In line with the CMO letter launching the new ASSIGN calculator once the new codes are available clinicians have been requested to use the revised ASSIGN calculator on the Right Decision Service.

As stated in the CMO letter once the situation surrounding GPIT systems becomes clearer work will be undertaken to try and integrate the RDS web-based calculator with GPIT systems.
