MyPsych User Survey 2024

The MyPsych App moved to the new national Right Decision Service platform in November 2023.

One year on we are keen to gather feedback about your experience of using MyPsych on the new website and app. The survey should take 5-10 minutes, we appreciate you taking the time to inform the ongoing development of MyPsych. The survey closes at 5pm on Tuesday 17th December 2024.

Thank you.

MyPsych has a new home from 1st November 2023!

We have moved to the new NHS Scotland Right Decisions platform. The content has been refreshed and restructured. There is a new section for staff working in NHSGGC which contains our medicines guidance, contacts directory plus information on research, clinical systems and recruitment. There are also dedicated sections for doctors in psychiatry training and senior psychiatrists. Some of this content is password-protected. Please note the COVID-19 toolkits have been retired. The national resources for medical students and foundation doctors remain available. There is also a new section on staff wellbeing.

The legacy website URL will redirect; our new website address which you can bookmark is https://rightdecisions.scot.nhs.uk/mypsych-app/

All users should download the new app as per steps below.

  • Download the Right Decisions: Health & Care app
  • Select the Health & social care staff mode
  • Search ‘MyPsych App’ and add to your toolkits
  • You can now access directly under My Toolkits
  • NHSGGC staff will receive the new password by email via professional leads or you can check legacy Staffnet.
  • Please delete the old app from your device

Any queries can be directed to the MyPsych Team at mypsych@ggc.scot.nhs.uk
