Mindfulness - Community
Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy is offered as an evidenced based treatment in adult mental health services within Greater Glasgow and Clyde . This is delivered in a small group format over 8 weeks. Individuals can be referred to a group via the primary mental health care teams or the community mental health teams.
Graduates of an 8 week NHS MBCT group course will have access to a monthly NHS drop-in group to support practice and develop mindfulness skills learnt during the 8 week MBCT programme. The turors deliveing the course you are on will tell you about this.
