SNPMP practices
These practices were developed for participants attending the Scottish National Pain Management Programme (SNPMP). The SNPMP is a group programme, delivered in person or online, which teaches strategies for managing persistent pain, and reducing the impact it has on people's lives. More information about this service can be found on the SNPMP website.
Participants on the programme are introduced to awareness practices as part of the course. We recorded these practices for participants to try at home, between group sessions. We also recorded a few small talks about different aspects of mindful practice, including informal practice, guided inquiry, and tips for beginners.
If you have any feedback on these practices, or the app in general, please let us know what you think by completing the survey in the "About" section.
