This is an early mock-up to provide a basis for stakeholder discussion in scoping this app. It should not be regarded as indicative of the final structure or content.
Healthcare staff throughout Scotland are being trained and supported to move to a new approach to care based on listening to patients and carers, and basing decisions on what matters to each individual. This new approach to care is called "Realistic Medicine." This app tells you what to expect from health services that follow this new approach. It provides you with tools and resources to help you to get your voice and needs heard in consultations with healthcare professionals, so that you are at the centre of your care.
